We love ice cream! It’s good during any season, it goes with everything, there’s seemingly endless combinations and flavors (and I don’t shy away from a challenge), and it’s hard to keep the smile off your face when you are enjoying a creamy scoop of homemade ice cream. Lactose intolerant? Me too! – don’t worry, all our creations are lactose-free. What’s more, some suspect there may be a mysterious health benefit to ice cream (no really! check out the story here. ).
