Check out the most recent publication from the lab in Nucleic Acids Res!

Congrats to Marylin, Sophie, Danielle and Quinn on their recent paper in Nucleic Acids Research! During her thesis research, Marylin sought to understand the relative importance of the riboswitch, genome stability and translational promotion roles of miR-122 in the HCV life cycle. While doing so, with the help of her lab mates, the team also stumbled upon some important insights into virion assembly! The resultant manuscript is entitled: “Elucidating the distinct contributions of miR-122 in the HCV life cycle reveals insights into virion assembly”.
