Congratulations to Jasmin and Carolina on their recent publication in PNAS!

Congratulations to Dr. Jasmin Chahal (Ph.D. ’20) and Dr. Carolina Camargo (PDF), and our collaborators Drs. Luca Gebert and Ian MacRae (Scripps) who published our analysis of resistance-associated variants from miR-122-based therapies this week in Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences. The study is entitled: “miR-122-based therapies select for three distinct resistance mechanisms based on alterations in RNA structure”.
